Got to say another disappointment Funfair ( without a single ride ) Very little for kids to do Another missed opportunity to get fans to stay and spend money . No kit release Honestly gets worse every year All that space in car park and they don’t utilise it .
Come down thought I’d have a couple of hour with the kids before the game. Kids went on bouncy slide had an ice cream and we’re on our way home. 25 mins.
I was hoping looking at the build up that people would have been happy and impressed. It seemed like a step up. But sad to hear its not great. I do wonder if the club really know how to attract families and keep families (and others) through a full day.
I convinced a lot of family to go this year after the promises that were made that this year they were going to make a big effort Once again false promises I just don’t know how any senior management can look at the back of the east stand today and see what’s on offer and think it’s well organised and good utilisation of the space they have The funfair was laughable ( not a single ride ) This is what worries me the most when they can’t get the simple things right
It’s absolutely pathetic, once again BFC are scraping the bottom of the barrel. Whoever organised this wants sacking, completely embarrassing.
You missed a real treat, Hemmsy took to the stage and read out his written thesis called “woman know your place”
Completely agree, the new changes to the board should’ve also impacted changes to the day to day running of the club, because it still feels like nothing has changed since the absolute clusterf()ck of last season.
Look at the state of this 'funfair' in the background here It's all very phoenix nights. We've even set up a tent selling kamikaze lager
Very disappointing to read this. It was a perfect opportunity for the club to trial out new ideas & incorporating things into the matchday experience every other Saturday. The friendly seems the main attraction, but to advertise the day as an “open day” is very poor. Should have just had the friendly at the usual time of 3pm kick off. Glad I stayed at home. This season is last chance saloon for the club personally. I’m more than happy with the board room changes, but it’s still a big worry that we can’t seem to get the basics right. Whoever is responsible for the organisation of this needs to buck their ideas up. I just pray to god that Duff is a miracle worker & get us some pride back on the pitch. All the off field stuff will be swept under the carpet again.
On the plus side, Locke Park is fulfilling my requirements. Sunny - check Warm - check No bugger here - check Gentle breeze tickling my skin - check If you want for very little, your wishes are often fulfilled
