    I know the Scot’s love a Blackpool weekender. But I seem to recall, in recent years, they took a similar following for a preseason friendly at Sheffield Wednesday, caused havoc and the game got cancelled.

    The hospitality industry will have done well last night. It will be like when Sunderland played there on NYD a few years ago and NYE some bars shut early because they had run out of booze.

    Happy to admit that my memory isn’t so smart. And, indeed, the game did go ahead with Josh Windass scoring one of Rangers’ two goal. Not sure about the ‘havoc’ thing, that was from Toby Foster on Radio Sheffield encountering a load of their fans.
    But they did play Sheffield Wednesday, they did take ten thousand so ‘not true at all’ would be more ‘partially true’ do you agree?
    Don’t you become one of them ‘challenge everything’ posters. I like you. It’d be a shame.

    R went to a friendly in Sheffield, abart the time we came out of pub in Rotherham 2017, it was absolutely brilliant, dint see no trouble though, that wer Rangers,

    I went to the rangers game had beers before with them in a big field near Hillsborough and had beers in the ground with them and after the game, I saw nothing out of order what so ever but they know how to have a laugh.

    They did play Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsboro, and they had more fans in the ground than Wednesday, yes. To say Rangers fans caused havoc though is very unfair pal, go onto owlstalk and type in rangers fans in the search bar. There’s pages and pages rammed of Wednesday fans saying how great an occasion it was.

    The very same day Celtic played Brentford at griffin park. They sang songs about Lee Rigbys death, they invaded the pitch and then the match got called off after 60 minutes after they set a section around the pitch on fire with flares.

    Not challenging everything you’re saying pal, just righting the wrongs!

    Weve signed many players from them. They are against everything what many of our fans are against.

    People who love rangers just look at the union jack and assume its a british loving but it goes far deeper than that

    Theirs more mate. People are quick to judge celtic for Republican songs but because rangers fly a union jack its allowed.
