Most companies will not care. Who was the last sponsor? were they 100% clean? I don't know. Ck Beckett before that. Same with them Solicitors before them? same question Most companies that could sponsor Barnsley or put 100/200 300 plus thousand into something have likely annoyed someone.
I’d love to know what you do for a living. It’s a rhetorical question as I’m not sure I’d get the truth anyway.
Have no fear reds fans……,,,,our CEO Khaled will get straight on this issue and come back to us soon with all the answers you need. Did somebody at BFC with an ounce of common sense not do their due diligence on a business like Hex before we got into bed with them and not expect an outcry like this ? Could they not have got a ‘normal’ sponsor instead ? Ponzi pyramid scheme and nothing more why is a working class town with a proud football club teaming up with shi*te like this is this Khaled’s doing ? Julia Ann ? Yet again fans demanding answers whilst Khaled is making videos with our mascot. read this
No. Reds fans have to suffer because of the fkn reckless commercial decision to get involved with this company. I care about standards. I care about ethics. I care about inclusion & diversity. I care about community. Anyone with a shred of moral fibre will only be appalled with what they have seen and read from representatives and stakeholders of Hex.com. It could do immense damage. If I was a commercial partner of BFC, I would be looking on with serious interest and concern right now. I would be making it very clear that I would be ending my relationship with the Club, unless they sorted this mess out.
Which I put. I do not know. F1s 3 biggest team. Red Bull sponsored by Red Bull Mercedes is was sponsored by Ineos Ferrari is/was sponsored by Mission Winnow. Disguised tobacco company. What are the ethics behind those
Well I'll tell you - yes, Wake Smith Solicitors are far more reputable than Hex. How is F1 sponsorship relevant to BFC?
Well done Ben.I would like clarity on all you've asked especially was the deal sanctioned by the board. For what its worth I think Khalids been blamed too quickly on this issue. It would make more sense if the sponsor recommendation came from Julie Ann from her USA connections but whoever brokered the deal I'd want to know if the board sanctioned it and did some due dilligence.
That's probably because in the article it quotes him as being happy at having got the deal over the line. 'Reds Chief Executive Officer, Khaled El-Ahmad, was happy to get this deal over the line and is looking forward to a strong commercial relationship moving ahead. “We are delighted to be partnering with an innovative and leading brand such as HEX, and we look forward to a very successful partnership. “The brand have had a visible presence across the Premier League in the last two campaigns and we’re pleased to now be part of their journey."'
My personal take (remembering that I'm not the Trust and don't type up the statements from my own view point), is that maybe we've been naive here and not completed our due diligence. Mainly a) we weren't aware of how crypto communities work and how active that online side of things is and b) they've already taken perimeter advertising at Premier League grounds so thought there was nothing to worry about. I'm confident they'll be a further update from the club in due course. Whether it focuses specifically on what we've put to them we'll have to wait and see, but at least they know heading in to the week of behind the scenes discussions where the majority of thoughts are.
Thank god we have a ‘new’ board that wouldn’t make mistakes like this. I blame Conway. On a more serious note. A poor decision on the surface to get involved with an organisation both morally and legally questionable run by a guy with a criminal history of deception.
I'm just happy that months of whining about not having a shirt sponsor, have been replaced by whining about the fact we do.
I think we should approach Gazprom. Cruelly evicted from the corporate world like a firm of inner city solicitors
