He's wrong. There's no rules whatsoever regarding the maximum width of the sponsor, the rule is a maximum of 250sq cm.
The name of the company is too low it looks odd ,not withstanding the logo. it could have been done that size on purpose knowingly illegal to gain more worldwide !! attention and wider audience thus garnering more publicity than it would have done normally or maybe i am giving them too much credit and they knocked it up on the quickie overnight with a printer and ironed them on and f~~ked up.
