Well she thought she was. Mind you a lump of concrete is also strong and stable and has roughly the same personality

My bad again. I took you making a thread about Boris and Asbahgi being driven out by the masses and you bemoaning the lack of stability that this causes as you bemoaning the driving out of Boris and Asbahgi. Obviously anyone with common sense would read what you put and realise you didn't mean what you wrote at all...

Possibly. But also possible that if we had PR then people might not have felt disenfranchised to the point where they felt voting for extremes was the answer.

i very much doubt BNP / UKIP supporters were doing it as a protest vote. But I do get your general point

    And better looking.

Not intended as sexist, I would make similar comments about a male tory twatt.

Thats the problem and it all stems from reality tv, drama and "entertainment" and the lowering of IQs has brought us to this.....

Thanks for a good reply just on my part my OP were questions so dis agreeing with a question I think is missing my point. I've now added question marks which should help everyone understand my post better and keep down the abuse from other posters.

It was poor on my part for not being clear in my OP.

It wasn't 'the people' that got May and Johnson out, it was their own party. Cameron knew in his heart that EU membership, for all it's faults, was what was in the best interests of the country. But he initiated a referendum in order to try and unite the warring factions in the Tory Party and to preserve his position as leader. It failed on both counts, and the costs of brexit mount daily, even though the 'believers' blame the pandemic, the war, or the fact that we haven't had long enough to realise the benefits (God knows how long that will be). The leave lobby did for May, and Johnson was undone by his own unfitness for office. In both cases, it was their own MP's who triggered their exit. And all because Cameron didn't have the spine to do the right thing and refuse a referendum.

As regards leadership at Oakwell, things are fairly black and white. We are a low-rent club and our good leaders (Wilson, Johnson, Heckingbottom, Ismael) will always be lured away by better offers. The remainder have often been fairly useless, and depart in the wake of failure. Duff will probably be in demand if he succeeds with what he's been given.

I think it is a bit disingenuous to suggest your OP is merely a question. It's a very loaded one at best.

It was honestly, I think I do need to look at how I word my posts.
My fear is unless we are riding high in the league we will always be pushing to moving on the coach, players, CEO, chairman etc whoever it is.
As for government the country divide is so even that due to the media and the voice of that side of the crowd whoever is in power will be pushed to resign.
It seems the that this is the way of the world now, I think to push through a plan or policies takes time that no one gives no, its instant success or nothing, low rates low inflation and lots of jobs despite whats going on in the world.
I hope I have worded that right and I'm sure I'm not saying I love Boris or Poya.

    Ya think?
If you’re reading your post and believe that it’s simply an open question, then your understanding of the English language needs some work.
@orsenkaht has replied perfectly above, so I won’t reiterate.

But you do appear to have mistaken ‘some people complained about something’ for their complaints being acted upon.

It’s a strange assumption on which to hang an argument, or as you wish to frame it ‘a question’.

And for clarity: the country is without a leader, because the moron elected by the gullible finally upset so many of his MP’s they forced him to resign. But because he’s a greedy lazy slob, instead of resigning instantly to allow someone else to govern, he insisted on staying on, keeping his massive salary, taking all of the benefits of being PM without taking any of the responsibility.

OK mate you must know what I'm thinking, as I said previously I will look at how I word things in future as getting grief for joining in isn't what I'm classing as fun.

    Enjoy the sun.
