To be fair, the issue is completely our own doing. Yes, they've started to repair the damage, but it's a bit rich to lavish praise for something that should never have occurred in the first place. The last year we've seen some incredible **** ups that we just haven't seen the like of before. It's imperative they stop. That either comes from likely micro managing where the problem is, or changing personnel. If it seems harsh that I don't tolerate mediocrity or people out of their depth earning 6 figure salaries, well I'm fine with that.
The replies to this response from the founder of Hex are an absolute delight to read so far. The Hex community is most definitely not a cult!
Is it hate tho or just wanting better? No different to footballers that have graced our pitch and haven't been good enough. If a player consistently missed open goals but continued getting picked it would raise questions, would it not?
If the same player kept missing you would know it was that player. People are quick to assume it's Khaled every time, maybe it's not. The pile-ons from the same people who never seem to be satisfied is hateful.
The CEO of an organisation oversees all. Everything is their responsibility. They rise and fall on their choices and decisions. On the flipside, if owners are dabbling and causing issues, then the CEO position is untenable and I'd expect said person to resign. Maybe it's because I've been involved in a lot of corporate hostilities and having to manage out people who are failing in their job. It's not an especially pleasant thing, but if you have someone damaging your organisation at a high level, it tends only to get better after you replace that individual.
******* hell, 12 months later, a different board and tha still ******* moaning. You deserve a day trip to the Etihad.
Well I have to say I would find it extremely doubtful if the CEO of a football club didn't have a massive say in a decision like this. Iv already said previously that the people above him don't seem like 'savvy' business people in terms of running a football club. I think for all our sake it's to be hoped that the person responsible is the CEO because if it isn't then that raises far bigger issues going forward.
Wouldn't say anyone is lavishing praise, just offering some understanding that mistakes do happen. It's what happens in the aftermath, and I'm willing to move on.
No he doesn't, you should read about all sides to have balanced view. The old adage of keep your friends close and your enemies closer springs to mind.
