    I am guessing that’s a financial move by West Brom to get him off the wage bill to allow them to strengthen in a different position. I thought he was doing well there to be honest but must admit I am probably basing that on their early season form when Val was still there .

    Should be a good move for him though as he will fit in well with Wilders pressing tactics at Boro.

    A great servant to club whilst he was here,improved as a player immensely,I won't criticise or tolerate criticism of his time here. Never stood a chance there once Val was got rid off,the players used to mock him as Teachers Pet. I imagine Dike will be off loaded soon too. A big season for Bruce and WBA, play off hopefuls at best.
