    Exactly. A lot of patience required, as the rebuilding job is not a small one. If what Duff said after the Plymouth game is anything to go by, the players haven't been told to lump it long.

    prediction : 16th

    i had to pay 3.99 euros earlier today to get 20 euros out so my boys could play pool

    I also paid 11 euros to watch this nonsense and can’t work out which was a worse use of my hard earned money

    To win away you shouldn’t have to score 3 goals (at least). before the season there seemed to be an assumption that the defence wouldn’t be a problem.
    I accept that we need a forward or two.

    It's the 4th game of the season. We've won two and lost one. This game is awful, but the usual overreaction on here with the doom and gloom is a bit early. The window is still open too.

    Trouble is Derby arent very good - the first goal was farcical and the second was just really poor from us despite the good finish, apart from that they really havent created much
    We have created a couple of decent chances - well one was a gift when they gave the ball away at the back but Norwood fluffed his lines. Some of our approach play is OK but we cant get that final ball right to create a clear cut chance andwe just dont look like scoring. Maybe they will return the favour and give us an own goal
    Thinking of revising my score prediction to 4-0 now though - pretty confident on the 0 not sure how many more Derby will score

    We are miles of a playoff side at the moment though

    I don't think we've been that bad and even looked good in pieces. Two ***** goals. Confidence took a knock briefly after the second. We're still in this.

    I got stung by a massive cash machine charge last week, not realising that a machine I could have used for free was standing literally three metres away round the corner in the shopping centre. I decided against watching today's game though. Off out in an hour, €11 = 2 pints!

    Anyone who thinks our forward-line is the problem should watch their second. Derby player stood on the edge of our penalty area, centre of the pitch. A pass is played to him. He controls it. He looks up. He scratches his nads. He thinks, I think I'll put this in the left corner. He does put it in the left corner. And even after it has hit the back of the net, there still isn't a Barnsley player in the same postcode as he is.

    We've had all pre season and we've gone into the window with nothing. No pace. National league players. We've signed a development player who won't play.
