Has been urged to drop down 2 or 3 levels. Not suggesting we should sign him in any way possible but what has happened to him? I thought he was very talented at one point. Reminds me of Jack Wilshere

Super talented but seems to have a bad attitude in my opinion. He is very different to Wilshere as he didn't hit his potential due to a series of injuries. Dele hasn't done it due to his personal attitude it seems.

I watched the All or nothing series on Amazon about Spurs and Dele just always seemed to be messing about. He seems to be more about the lifestyle now rather than the football. He has been linked to Besiktas today, I can't see him doing well there at all under big Val. He won't put up with Dele strolling around pitch.

David Bentley too. Billed as the new "Bergkamp". What a waste of talent.

Val will sort him out at Besiktas, if he ends up going there.

Played golf with him, i think he was more interested in golf than football at the end of his career. A bit of a role model for Gareth Bale.

Lost all respect for him when I read that he took his barber with him on an England tour of the US a few years back.

I think you’re being harsh on Wilshire here. Jack had an incredible career and was brilliant for his country, unfortunately for the lad he had a tough time of things with injury.

With Dele, I can never be 100% sure because I don’t know the man. But I think it’s clear he has an attitude problem, which I cannot feel sorry for. Jacks career was halted early because of injury, Dele has had the world at his feet and seems to have just thrown it away for an Instagram life. Shame.

I fully understand it’s harsh of me to come to that conclusion because as I say, I’ve never met the man, it’s just how it seems.

I’d be surprised if it’s an attitude problem. He was outstanding for several seasons at Spurs. His goalscoring record for an attacking midfielder was superb.

It’s very rare players just suddenly develop a bad attitude. Most of them have it from the off such as Ravel Morrison.

I’d be more inclined to think he’s had personal or physical problems preventing him from been at his best.

I’m inclined to agree. He was a class player but for some reason he has lost his way. I have no clue why but he certainly didn’t have a bad attitude a few years ago when we played Spurs in the cup Best player on the pitch and he was doing it week after week at that time

Went backwards under The Special One and not been the same player since

Probably needs the right manager to get going again

He'd had a problem before the special one took over. Struck me as the type of lad who's happy just playing football and the crack with his team mates, not all that bothered about pushing himself to his limits.
