Praised them tuesday for the graft. Todays performance was unforgivable . Duff was totally out smarted Ainsworth . Williams was awful from minute one. Apart from the Bristol rovers game we have been woeful . We are simply not competitive in this league

I thought we were the better side today until they scored. Second half today, first half against Derby and the Plymouth game I’ve been disappointed but other than that, I think we’ve competed in the rest. Mid table (with a slight push at the playoffs) was my prediction at the start of the season and I’ve not changed that seeing our first handful of games.
Cheltenham could have easily scored. Our defence was all over the place . Plymouth we were awful . Derby 2nd half decent but still lost . Bristol rovers very good . Today worse than any game . If we get top half I will show my star in the Heart foundations front window

Question was out of interest rather than taking a dig - I’m sure you expected folk to be intrigued at you regularly attending after being so critical and adamant you wouldn’t go. I didn't expect a win today and I absolutely knew Wycombe would be our toughest test so far. They didn't disappoint...thought we were ok first half but we miss decent players in positions that have become more obvious to most. A half decent striker for a start would be nice...and our coach has stated exactly what we need. We were exposed by a very experienced well motivated and organized team today. That second half was a lesson...ok they played the ref a bit but they bossed us all over the pitch. Players who could hold the ball upfront and knew when and how to play others in. As good as we were tuesday...we were equally as poor today. Am I worried?...no its pretty much how I thought it would be. There will be ups and downs...and a mid table finish will be a good consolidation for us. Think its Ipswich up next (hope I'm wrong!) I'm afraid that will be another team who will give us a game. Imho Duff is absolutely the right coach....but this is gonna take some time.
