Its was my first game of the season yesterday with the Pre-match pint of Barnsley Bitter turning out to be the highlight. It also allowed me to collect a great number of original photographs and postcards from the clubs history that had very kindly been sent to the club for my attention. Unfortunately the donor did not give their name, so I couldnt send them a private thank you. I have a good idea who the person is and to them I say many thanks for your generosity and for thinking of the club with this donation. The items are now safely in my care and will be catalogued and collated and when the club finally has a Museum dedicated to our history, these unique and valuable items will form a major part of it. David

Good players all of them - would walk into our current side. As would the dog.

Interesting that King Ronnie and Glyn Riley have the wrong initials on their training tops....

Click of a button using a free app called colorize. You can tinker with it and get better results and I'm sure there are better apps too but it's literally one click to get that

Sorry, RA87 - Chop beat me to it.

However, for failing to recognise The King, you have to be punished: take 100 lines and a trip to Hillsborough.

I did think Glavin when I saw the photo but then I saw the initials on the top and got confused. Haha punishment accepted.

They got Glavin his training top from Tesco's F and F range.
