    We desperately need players.
    Players who can improve the team straight away.

    If that means getting less that expected for Helik to give us some funds then so be it.

    We can’t carry on with what we’ve got, otherwise it’s a relegation battle.

    yeah I think it would be I don’t think we have a long list of people waiting to take over. I think getting Chien Lee out is crucial. Having a major shareholder sidelined with influence but no interest is a recipe for disaster.

    A competent CEO is/was a must, that should have been top of the owners list. The fact nothing has changed on that front indicates the board haven't got a clue, Crynes included.

    My admittedly pessimistic guess is that we'll sign no-one and our twitter account operators will fail to read the room and just tweet pictures of our current chumps training with captions like "working hard" and "skipper", maybe with a "Harban looks ahead to U18s clash" thrown in.

    He’s got 48 hours to pull some rabbits out of hats. Duff aside, he’s been a very poor CEO for me. IMO we’ve gone backwards on pretty much all fronts, under him.

    Only Barnsley FC could get someone from Manchester City who is so out of his depth it's unreal. We had to wait ages for him to serve his notice period when all he was at City was a dogsbody doing bloody admin. How the **** he ended up as our CEO l'll never know.
