Beat me to it, but sky sports North East man who is pretty close Newcastle/Boro and Sunderland saying its happening
I remember players doing pressers and not coming off the bench on a Saturday afternoon. (Hondermarck most recently and Mallan before him. Are two of the bigger names.) I wouldn't put anything past this regime.
His ‘ little cameo’ was to get half an hour following his long injury lay- off. Duff said he prefers them to have 1st half hour rather than last half hour due to them warming up pre-match.
Saw him 6 times last season on loan at stags . Played well scored in 0-2 ay valley parade in mark hughes first game in charge.

Hope this one goes through but tellingly both Giddings and Doug O'Kane are saying a deal is unlikely.
Well the Josh Coburn to Bristol Rovers one has just been confirmed. So Keith was correct with that one at least.
i heard a high level agent today on Talksport. Said if a loan states ‘option to buy’ then there are contractual arrangements but still need to be sorted later ie clause may negate if relegated. If it says ‘view to a’ or other words to that effect it doesn't mean anything. The club of course could bid later but contractually nothing has been agreed or planned to be. Then he said their is a third tier where a permanent deal has been made part of the loan but payment terms need to be finalised.
Matty Longstaff is joining Colchester United on loan according to reliable journalist from the North East.
