    Appauling window. Just praying for 20th place or higher. We will do well now to avoid relegation.could we sink any lower longstaff choosing colchester of L2 over us.

    My worry is that we'll lose Collins and Mads next season, so any championship quality will be gone. We won't be a yo yo club but stuck in league 1. I still can't quite believe that there was effectively only one relegation spot last season and we didn't appoint a manager who could get the results to jeep us up. Penny wise pound foolish!

    Schmidt was Schidt.

    We lost Davies, Lindsay, Pinnock, Jackson and Moore. The entire best defence from League One the season before. And replaced them with a set of 21 year old centre backs. "The best transfer window in our history."

    I think people forget how bad that was. It really was Peak Conway. The transfer window equivalent of our managerial moves last season - beyond disastrous!

    we have lost 9/11 regular starters from late last season and quite a number of fringe players. The best transfer thing hides how bad this one is.
