    Imho...we've done well. First to the ball (first and second) and our passing is quicker and brighter than the owls.
    They seem very sluggish ...I'm sure Daz Moore will get them fizzing second half.
    Deservedly in front after the break...hope we can carry on like that second half.

    Here on the Wednesday kop wishing i had a tenner everytime a wednesday fan pipped up with fancy losing to a team like barnsley.

    Thomas and Aitchison playing as wide forwards in front 3 is having a really good impact so far, benefitting Cole too. Hopefully continues second half!

    A decent first half performance.

    Concerning to see Benson go off so he must not have been ready. Also concerning that in a good-tempered game, the ref has to needlessly book Connell. I hope he isn't going to ruin this contest with a second booking.

    Cole does look really up for it. He scuffed an early chance and passed lamely to the keeper when trying to lob him, but his closing down and work rate has been excellent. Funny that the co-commentator suggests that the lack of new competition has given him a lift. That's the opposite of conventional wisdom but I can see the logic.

    Thomas's pace is causing them all sorts of problems and he's popping up all over the pitch. The big question now is can they replicate the performance in the second half?

    Oh, and once again iFollow commentary is one or two seconds in front of the video so any excitement is ruined.

    Gone from the commentary being a couple seconds ahead to now hearing a horrible noise instead after they tried resetting it. Mute it is.

    Edit: I didn’t mute it and now I think it’s a bit behind. But better than the screeching noises.
