    Was saying goodbye to my daughter (dropped off at Uni), when the second goal went in. All I could think was that it was for Gaz, a guy I’d seen, but never met. He was my first thought. Rip.

    A cracking day, cycled round a bit of Sheffield (went up to where Victoria station used to be, last time I was there I got off the train from Manchester, the service ended in 1970), had a few beers in The Fat Cat, went to the game, more beer in The Fat Cat, a train ride back to Burton, more beer and got home to find I'd won £25 on the premium bonds. :):):)
