Not saying if you think it is or not, because under the rules I'm pretty sure it is. But do you think it should be? The chap who's offside doesn't seem to get a touch for me, and I don't think he's impeding the goalkeeper, but because he makes an attempt to get a touch on it I assume that's why it's called offside
Ridiculous decision. Far too many rules like that in football. Doesn't touch the ball, keeper nowhere near it, doesn't impede his view. Keeper doesn't even complain about it.
No, he still took his shirt off on the field of player, regardless of the reason it's a yellow during the playing time. I bet Juventus are fuming, they aren't exactly performing very well at the monent
But we’ve seen cards rescinded after VAR offside decisions. I don’t see the difference!? It’s an appalling decision and shows everything that’s wrong with VAR
Personally I think it’s a penalty because the defender was holding the player back virtually removing his shirt before he went offside
Awful decision. And, as mentioned above, if you're disallowing the goal for offside at least award the penalty for the shirt pull.
Is it offside? Yes. The keeper is momentarily caught in two minds due to the presence of the offside player. Does he go with the flight of the ball or does he wait for it to be headed back the other way? And anyway, if a player isn't interfering with play inside the 6 yard box, then what the **** is he doing there? But should offside have been given? No. Because VAR is shìt and the system.should never have been introduced. Football is a live action sport. Mistakes happen. Just stick with goal line technology and scrap the rest. Before we end up watching a sport that has all the excitement of a game of chess.
