    Thing is though, it sounds like the company in question was on the brink of going bust. I'm not sure our energy companies are in that position. So could we afford to buy them out after yesterday's kamikwasi budget?

    We’ve just announced a massive subsidy to the utilities, instead we should have just said you can’t sell your gas or electric above a certain price or we’ll take you over with no compensation. The profits they are making are obscene, they are out of control and this bunch are feeding the frenzy

    The interesting point about that is that the company has lost 90% of its value, looks like a good time to buy.

    Was Bulb on the brink and the govt just used public money to bail them out? I can't remember if that was the case or not.
