Some decent performances williams one, tbought kane was good. But ive gone for cole won the ball back high up field on many occasions, put norwoods on a plate for him after footwork to make the chance then got one himself.
I'd like to vote for at least six of them but have given it to Benson. Cole definitely a second choice though.
Jordan Williams for me. All over the pitch but never out of position. That header from under the crossbar at 1-0 could well have been one of the key moments of the match.
Tricky one again 3 stand out in Cole Williams and Benson with Kane and Mads not far behind. Went for Cole but can see why others Would vote for the other 2
I picked Kane. Looks the real deal in CM and I'm glad we've kept hold of him. Special mention to Williams and Mads, both immense. Cole, goal and an assist. Benson played well and scored an early contender for goal of the season. Keep it up Reds. Unbeaten in 6.
It was, but until he tired and got the cramp Herbie Kane effortlessly ran the show for us. He was majestic yesterday, the pass for Williams to set up Cole was sublime.
Between Williams and Cole for me both played really well throughout but I think Cole edges it with a goal and assist imo.
I thought Edwards was excellent, like Williams on the other side, up against a quality winger but looked very composed. So I'll go for Edwards today but that was the sort of team performance that takes you places, contributions all over the pitch.
Best game I've seen Herbie Kane have for us. He ran it. That's the sort of performance we bought him for. A midfield of Kane, Benson and Connell could be outstanding in this league.
Found it difficult to pick one. Good all round effort, can't really find fault with anyone. Went for Cole as he got a goal and an assist and I have been quite critical of him in the past. Great to see him performing well
Taking the last two league games together Kane has been fantastic and as Cole won last week it would be a travesty if Kane did not win this week. That's not to say that Cole has also not been good as he has but it's just a much more accurate reflection of both of their contributions if they win one each. Williams, Norwood, Benson and Thomas also get mentioned in dispatches from me for yesterday and, again, everybody was decent.
