Thoughts will genuinely be with everyone affected by what's happened. Gaz thought I was toowat and wasn't shy in telling me but I liked him hugely and have found his death very upsetting, so goodness knows how those close to him have been feeling.
I’ve made several attempts to write something Juddy but couldn’t really find the words so I’ll just say thoughts are with you, I know what he meant to you, I’ll be raising a glass to him later, Rip Gaz, you genuinely were one of the nicest lads I’ve ever known, x
I never met Gaz, but had plenty of banter with him on here. I trust he'll be given a fitting send off on what will be a very tough day for all invloved. RIP. Will be remembered on here for all the right reasons.
I never met the guy but had plenty of banter with him on here and he liked a few of my daft posts. Hope he has a good send off (if there is such a thing) R.I.P
RIP Gaz , thoughts with your family and friends today , I will miss his posts greatly , although I never knowingly met him he made his mark on me on the BBS with his work and passion he did for his team .he was sometimes funny sometimes serious sometimes informative but he was always invested in his family friends and Barnsley FC , one of the good guys gone far too soon
RIP Cunning Stunt, never met you but had plenty of exchanges with you on here. It was obvious you were a passionate and kind-hearted person with a great sense of humour. Condolences to loved and close ones
Didnt know him just engaged with him on here. Really enjoyed his wsb stuff he did and was a great poster will be missed by many. Rip cunning stunt
How did it go? Last time me and you sat down and had a drink we spent a lot of time speaking about Gaz. And BFC of course. Hope you're OK. Raising a glass of beer to you Gaz mate. It was a genuine pleasure spending time with you. You've made me cry a lot over the last few weeks, you b.stard.
There was a big turnout for him as you'd expect. The most people I've seen at a funeral at Ardsley Cemetery. Tributes did him proud I think including one from Barnsley FC. For those who contributed, the family preferred a donation towards prostrate cancer Uk charity rather than flowers, so I added that to the collection at the end.
