No one said we would be relying on him to fire us to promotion but for me we still look a bit light up front and he offered more in his barnsley career than schmidt, oulare or iseka ever did but im glad he has moved on and finding his feet
I know sith, i feel the same lovely lad and wanted him to succeed. In the end, time for a change. Glad he's got his hat trick today, be a big boost for him.
He was on Central News last night, he's got a bet on with his manager; if he scores today, the manager pays for a meal if not he pays. The interview was joyous, all the best to the lad.
Hindsight is great but i think it was time for a new challenge for him. Abit of a scapegoat here and many fans once they have made there mind up on a player thats it.
I thpught he could have done a job for us in league one. Apart from cole and norwood were light upfront. Hes scored more than any of our players in a side who will most likely finish below us. I remember last season blackpool away when he was subbed and he got ironic cheers from our away end when he was no worse than anyone else. Your not going to want to stay when things like that happen good luck to him.
He has now scored as many goals for Burton as he did in his whole career with us which says it all , he had to go , he needed a fresh start to kick start his career & we needed to get shut because his record with us was nothing short of abysmal , good luck to him , I hope continues to improve & has a great career .
So Vic Bojo has 'scored' again has he ehh. Well I'm very pleased for him personally, but how did he do on the pitch, did he get any goals ?.
He definitely needed to leave to kick start his career as did cauley after a terrible last 18months at bfc. Unfortunately one vic has kicked on and cauleys carried on where he left off yet to score for luton....
Why bring Woodrow in to it? One is currently at championship level and the other will probably never get there again in his career. Vic is doing well at the minute but he wasn’t good enough for us.
