People on the island of Ireland, frequently use the word " ballacks", not as a swear word but as something that is wrong, nonsense,stupid. So,in that context she is right and it is perfectly acceptable. This is a very frightening week for the UK and it's future economy, the only people who don't or won't realise this are the government and their backers.
