    I wondered why they called the Scottish Premier a Micky Mouse league, only have to look at their respective European ventures.

    Our Premier is bad enough but it's still more competitive then Scotland, i enjoy winning ( who doesn't lol) but virtually every match every season must be pretty boring.

    Two absolute massive clubs, give them 5 years in the Prem with the finances and where would they be? Support for both teams is absolutely incredible, would Man U/Arsenal/Chelsea take 150,000 fans abroad for major finals? No because they're tourist fans.

    Rather have them in the leagues than the pricks from Wales.

    Would hate for either of them to ever be allowed in our leagues. Keep the English haters with their religious hatred where they are.

    Id be interested to know if they could win promotion from our Championship first. Before even thinking of what they might be able to do in our Prem.

    Maybe they will eventually earn a place in the St Papa's fizzy pee pee pot trophy, if they are lucky. :eek:

    I’m not sure Rangers’ complete capitulation in Europe this season (recognising their success last year - Sammy) competes with Celtic’s - who have dominated for long spells and been completely hopeless in front of goal.

    Still, easier to run the lazy Daily Mail line of ‘ a curse on both your houses’ without actually examining the facts of those games.

    I love the Reds to bits and have done for decades but there’s still something a tad weird about the fans of a third Division Club making some of these comments. Maybe we should just go the whole hog and call ourselves Real Barnsley.

    £30m for TV rights against £1.65b for PL.
    16th out of top 20 with clubs from Denmark, Sweden etc getting more even the Greek league get nearly double!
    When you consider revenue difference it is unrealistic to expect them to compete in Europe

    I don't get why the FA doesn't let Scottish teams in the league cup. Would re-vamp a competition that desperately needs re-vamping whilst potentially improving Scottish football.

    Probably because it's funny seeing two clubs with tens of thousands of people who only "support" them because they win everything (in Scotland, anyway) get absolutely humiliated when they come up against someone decent
