Looking to get kids a Switch for Xmas but I understand there are quite a few different versions. We want an actual console, not just handheld, but I believe with some it can be both? If anyone can talk me through them that'd be great!
Get the Switch console about 250 from most shops - The Switch Lite is the handheld version which is 199. There is a more expensive console about 305 which has an OLED screen
The switch console with the Dock can be taken out and used as a handheld. The switch lite is smaller and just handheld. It's worth paying the extra for the console version especially if you wanting kids to play together on it.
