Have the robbing bastads that Sky hogged it or will ITV/BBC be showing some. Especially the Brit teams

I think all the games should be availlable on BBC or ITV - IIRC I think its one of the protected tournaments - like the FA cup final and Wimbledon

Its the middle east not the far east like 2002 was, so the KO's should be later than that. Then add in the heat levels, will probably mean a later local KO time as well.

They are three hours in front so all kick off times are pretty reasonable for the UK audience.

The first two rounds of matches will kick off at 1pm, 4pm, 7pm and 10pm local time which is 10am, 1pm, 4pm and 7pm in the United Kingdom).
That doesn't feel like much of an allowance has been made for the weather there, more like best time for tv audiences, tho I appreciate there probably isn't a good time to be playing in that climate.
Could be some weird results.....Senegal v Uruguay final?
No, for the pedants......I haven't checked to see if that is mathmatically possible :D

Just can't get excited for it, seems a really odd time to be happening. Plus there's no history of the game like you had when it was in Brazil or Italy. Am dreading it being in the good old USA too!

The world shouldn't have to cater to us little Englanders.... South America are big football fans, do you reckon they love it when their team is playing during the working day when it is held in Europe?

All the stadiums have air conditioning I believe and they are able to control the ambient temperature within the stadiums.
