Embarrassing. All the idiots who felt the need to run down and join in with the melee on the field. For starters, a couple of our fans who were pushed over could have been badly hurt, but what were they trying to achieve? Punch a Shrewsbury player and get the club, and Reds fans, in a lot of trouble?

Regarding the highlights, how come the highlights of our matches never seem to reflect the match stats? We had 14 shots, 2 on target, they had 9, 1 on target. I’ve just watched Phillips’ goal, Tedic’s miss and pretty much every Shrewsbury effort. It seems to be the same every time.

A word re Cole, in the build up to the goal. Can you imagine any player in the Premier League, or the upcoming World Cup, or…ahem…maybe one of our other strikers, staying on his feet like Cole did, when he was clearly being pulled back in the box? Good on you Devante and you got your reward when it ended up in the net.

 

On Cole, he was often described as lazy last season. And justifiably so at times. You certainly can't level the same criticism of him this season. There's numerous occasions this season where he's had the ball at his feet, and dragged us up the field just with his clever footwork. I think the supply is often lacking to him, which is why he's only on a handful of goals, but he does seem to take his chances when he gets a clear sight of goal. Phillips and Cadden seem to be hitting a good run of form, hopefully we'll get to see more out of Cole as a result.

 

Just watched the majority of the game on ifollow. We didn't really have any clear chances other than the ones shown in the highlights. The other shot on target was a speculative one from distance by Kitching, which was comfortably held by the keeper, and wasn't really highlight worthy.

 

Too much drink i expect for many. Did you see the carry on at elland road when kitching and the leeds player came together then all the players got involved. Leeds fans launched objects towards the players and ran towards the hoardings. Us and leeds players got fined for that but i was suprised leeds didnt for their fans behaviour.

 

Collins and kitching are lucky lucky boys.

 

I can understand players getting upset if someone's been clattered, but bloody hell... I've been barged around with more force by little old ladies at the fruit and veg stall. Dock them all a weeks pay and tell them to grow up. It's not as if Collins stays down, he's back on his feet immediately and chasing after the guy. Ridiculous.

 

There were a couple of shots from Cadden which he must have thought he was converting tries rather than hitting the goals .

 

It’s getting ridiculous tbh , think it was the Bolton game we had give or six booked for sheer stupidity imo .
Kitchens almost odds on to be booked e very game he plays and not for last ditch tackles either .
At some point we not gonna be able to field a team from a squad of players , it needs reigning in and fast imo .
