I really enjoyed watching Keiffer play in the world cup. After a shaky first half season I thought he was brilliant for us and I wish him nothing but the best. I'm an England fan and I wanted us to win tonight and I thought we played really well, but I wouldn't have minded if Keiffer got one so long as we won, and he very nearly did. Good luck for the future mate, thank you for the goals. You were first class every time you put on our shirt.
Moore was good for us and cannot understand bad feeling towards him......played well when brought on against USA,.....good luck to lad
Can’t understand why he didn’t do his interview in Welsh language like some other Welsh players oh wait a minute
Thanks Jay. Kieffer was brilliant for us in the qualifying rounds and I'd rank him above Bale. Things didn't work out in Qatar - that's no reason for some posters to slate the guy.
Lots of English blaring out the Welsh national anthem within the Welsh squad. Suppose they want to endear themselves. Regarding Moore, I loved him when he was here. Was a real handful with his pace and strength but also scored goals. Guy behind me used to slate him throughout every game, I wonder what he thinks now given he’s a premier league player with World Cup experience. His comments about England were a touch silly though. Again, probably trying to endear himself.
Agreed mostly, but I can sort of understand it. I don't blame him personally, but on paper that Wigan transfer does stand out as one of his few non-astute moves from a purely footballing point of view. I think he just reminds people of one of the most depressing moments in a particularly depressing transfer window.
I'll always have genuine affection for Keiffer and am pleased to see how well he's done these past three years after he left. The snidey, asinine comments directed towards him I believe are sad and totally unnecessary.
He probably can't speak it, because he isn't!. A great grand dad from a few generations ago, is about the weakest reason Ive ever heard for somebody to be able to play for another nation. Lets introduce him to Callum 'the magical Magyar' Styles.
I’ll be in Peterborough on Friday night and the last time I was there I saw a wonderful Reds side tear Peterborough apart 4-0. Keiffer was a huge part of that day, and that side. We let him go for peanuts and he owes us nothing. Wish him all the best for the future. oh….and another thing. I think I’m one of the few people who has seen Toney miss a penalty (in the same game). Well done that other Welsh feller.
