HERBIE KANE DISCUSSES OXFORD TRIP Interviews The midfielder previewed our fixture at the U's on Saturday for the assembled press. Continue reading on the official site...
I thought that Kane put in a bit of extra graft last Friday that I`d previously criticised him for. He has quality that shows through and if he can consistently show the commitment he did at Peterborough he`ll keep others out of the team.
https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/forecast/gcpn7mp10#?date=2022-12-10 From 4 pm today until 11 am tomorrow, the weather is predicted to not get above freezing. 19 hours of this icy weather on a pitch that doesn't have undersoil heating....After all the pitch will have had to put up with all week...I wonder if a pitch inspection will happen?
What happens if I buy the video pass for tomorrow and the game doesn`t happen? Don`t presume it rolls over to the rearragement
I would wait to see if it's on first before buying one. Having a three sided ground won't be helping keep the elements out. I just hope if it's called off it is before people have set off. The forecast tomorrow is much the same as today. So I would hope if it isn't called off today that it's on. If it's in danger there is no point waiting until tomorrow to check when people will have already woke up to get ready to set off.
It would be like waking up on Christmas Day and going downstairs and seeing that there was no bike behind the sofa and Santa sacks on the settee.
"The lads can't wait to visit the Bodleian Library. We've heard it's a copyright library, so Jimmy Norwood's really hoping to find a few of the original Biff, Chip and Kipper novels".
One of the best days out was Millwall away. Got called off around 12:30 I think. We had stopped at woodford green for a pre match stop. (Hoyland reds) set off home 1pm and stopped at stamford on way back. We all pushed cars off the M11 motorway beforehand. It Just ended up being a very good social day out. Not asking for that tomorrow lol.
