I can remember Bellingham coming on for Birmingham when he was 15 and torn us up, can also remember tony daly for villa against us and ripped us open down the wing
If we're talking individual performances, one that always stuck in my head was Nobby Solano for Newcastle in a cup game, early 2000s. I remember thinking he was the best player I'd ever seen.
Not a patch on Craig Davies 4 goals away at Brum. Phil Jevons scored four when Barnsley were beaten 6-1 at Blundell Park in February 2004.
Also, in terms of performances, Steele that day is one of the greatest I've ever seen from a red. Probably _the_ best. You could add Hignett vs Huddersfield, Hammill JPT final, and I can't remember who against but there was one game where Bobby played LB, RB & CB all in the same game. Hero.
Higgys 1st game against Huddersfield was probably the best performance I’ve seen from a red in 40 odd years watching
Bruce dyer in the play off v brum was a hell of a performance. Saw some great players play against us in the Premier but Dennis Bergkamp stood.out for me.
