I don't think I've given a opinion on Mr duff so here goes.

It's times like this a managers shows their true metal, our board ain't going to spend spend spend, it's up to him
& his man management that makes a really good manager, as far as I'm concerned, that is how to judge a good
manager. We are in a bit of a blip right now, I believe he can turn things around, c'mon Michael, you can do it.

Said the same about big Val :p

I’m convinced we’ve got the best man for the job but at the minute lady luck seems to have deserted us and the constant injuries we seem to get on a weekly basis is not helping.

I think he has the right to expect professional footballers to do basics right. There have been some horrendous upcocks from some of our players that it is hard to remedy without having alternatives to select. I would like more of an emphasis on the midfield doing some proper driving forwards but maybe that's what he's asking for. Can't just blame the midfield, it's a team game and the 11 have to perform game in, game out. So far I think Duff is doing more than OK.

Wouldn’t swap duff for anyone, we’re overachieving with the squad we have. Duff can’t physically put the ball in the net himself! It’s blatantly there for all to see we don’t score enough goals and it’s not because we don’t create enough chances. Week in week out we miss a lot of chances. Sell our best players and don’t spend any money it pretty simple if we think about it. We’ve one of the worst forward line ups out of the top 10 teams in the division + 2nd lowest scorers in the top half of the table.

I've got to admit i'm probably a 20 game a season man, less than half, and a stickler for the Matchday thread, when you read and collate all the posts, we are 5hite to the core, we win and do it abysmally, i have faith in the team and Duff, C,O,Y,R,

Agreed. I can’t think of many that would do better with the squad we have. Fully behind Duff and the coaching team.

Squad's weak. Board/owners are useless. Poor bloke's doing his job with his hands tied behind his back
