I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but please could you consider signing this petition, if you're into the outdoor life. Thank you. https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/631241
I’m still up for the ride out you promised, Ian. To the moors & a quiet pub afternoon. Part of the Buster care deal, remember? Not with Ellie, she’s been gone 3 years. 3 elderly rescue boys since. New one Ted, would love a proper field trip.
The wording seems off. The town of Castleton, for example, is within the Peak District National park. So is Bakewell. The petition appears to want to disallow people from owning property in Castleton, and people to walk and camp in their gardens? Doesn't seem quite specific enough?
Funnily enough I once wild camped in a bloke's garden in Castleton. With his permission of course. I was beyond Hope when I got chatting to him...
How would you feel if I camped in your front garden. Dug a hole, took a massive dump and buried it under some kindling?
