    I'll never understand why anyone would want to sit in a ground 2.5 hrs before ko. As visitors turnstiles are open from 12:30. o_O

    I could understand it if there was a comfortable warm bar in the ground showing the early kick off but not a concrete and breeze block hell hole

    As an ‘Eastand Lower’ regular, I’ve often wondered why more thought wasn’t put into utilising the enormous space on the concourse. There can’t be many grounds where there’s so much room to work this as this.

    There was. The stand was built as cheaply as possible with consideration for being able to incorporate facilities at a later date. We've just never bothered to do it
