I tentatively asked mine and was politely refused. I didn't ask again. I thought she might have enjoyed going whilst I stayed at home watching it on IFollow.
Mine just laughed - Stoke on a Tuesday Night in February in a cold seat with a cup of Bovril isnt her idea of a romantic night out. Even for something she enjoys and she doesnt like football unless its the Lionesses playing Fortunately she doesnt fancy a romantic dinner out surrounded by lots of loved up couples paying premium prices so I am at least allowed to stay home and watch on iFollow
Mines coming. Not that I asked her. Just told her av got thi a ticket so tha coming to match wi me n youngen oh and happy valentines
Favourite Valentine’s Day trip was Villa 6 yrs ago 3-1 to the Reds , romantic drink and dinner with our kid in the Barton Arms , great day
A few years ago, I had the conversation with my wife about "free passes". I went first and chose Charlize Theron, Kylie Minogue and Scarlet Johansson. She then picked a man who lives down the road, one of my mates and one of the dads from school!
Even with a free ticket (except for travel) I couldn't get anyone to go with me - including those who would normally pay to go. I'll try not to take it personally.
We're in Seville and I tentatively broached iFollow in the hotel, my ears are still ringing Only joking but it was a definite no-no in no uncertain terms.
That's if it's working. Paid £10 for zero coverage on Saturday. No apologies from anyone. Happy Valentines day everyone!!!
My other half announced he had a free ticket to watch Wednesday. Must admit I was secretly pleased as I’d planned to watch the match on I Player.
