    Slightly fortunate but we have often been the better team and lost so we deserve some fortune. Big improvement second half and the pitch is so awful it must have been almost impossible to pass accurately.

    Great result, not long since back in from work so not seen any coverage but it feels like there's a bit of momentum building. Some great fixtures in the coming weeks, regardless of the level we're playing at, it's great to see us involved in these sort of games at the top of the division.

    We've got some tough lads who are fighting hard with a good pedigree. I had to listen to the Port Vale commentary, it was more biased than I thought it would be. Good reffing today although I thought one of there lads should have gone at the end with that follow through on Mads. Proper professional performance on a Sunday league pitch.

    Pitch was terrible much battled win against a battling side.
    Fair play to the 600 ish for travelling down on a Tuesday night.
    Play offs are there for us ,going to be tough against any of the other top 5 teams.
    But anyone on here would take this at the start of the campaign.

    Awful scrappy game and some of our passing was truly shocking. Maybe the pitch had a lot to do with that, it must be the worst in the EFL.
    All that said it was a great win.

    Imho very good 3 points...grafted well on a horrible pitch.
    Thought Vale were ok with just a lack of quality. Ref was ok too.
    Thomas my mom again..Kane again had a great 2nd half...managing us through.
