Four game Flexi ticket

Haven't been to a game untill last week , I threw teddy out of the cot when they kicked me out of the west stand .....but looking to go to Portsmouth game , there's a option in my account for the Flexi ticket which I assume is from the COVID days , I've purchased tickets but there's no option to print tickets off anyone know why/how to sort please

 

They usually send you them by email after you've placed the order for you to then print them, if you've selected the print at home option.

 

Yeah I've done that loads of times before no problems this time it hasn't give me the option to download and print

 

The flexis have always been a pdf attachment in an email. Did it definitely submit? Have you got a confirmation email? The club are really good at sorting out problems if you call them.

 

Beth says: "Tell noksucow to check spam/junk folders but if the print at home attachment isn't there, they can resend it via their online account."

I've checked but not in spam either , I've always received the pdf but for some reason not this time

 

Best to give box office a call in the morning if you can then pal. Sure someone will talk you through it.

 

Just go to box office with season ticket if you opted for flexi tickets.Got while end of season to use them.
