    A very worthy cause. Whether they use to for an holiday when she's better or spends it all on rum & coke, doesn't bother me, as long as they enjoy it. A fantastic servant (not sure if that's the right word?!) for the club

    Excellent response from the good folk of Barnsley.
    From reading the latest update on her condition it looks as if she remains in a very serious condition.

    Well done whoever set up the Just Giving Page.
    I would guess the important thing is not the amount raised but rather that we are able to show our great support for Beth and family.

    The person who set it up was Joe Beardsall, the host of Red All Iver (after a few fans suggested it). I’ve checked tonight & the current amount is £1555.

    The amount is staggering but so is, as you say, the incredible support being given to Beth & her family
