Bit of advice needed. I have 2 flexi tickets left to use between now and the end of the season. When I've recently tried to get some match tickets online, 1 x flexi ticket and 1 x young juvenile ticket then it won't let me process to the review / payment screen because of the following error message; "juvenile tickets are only available when purchased alongside a responsibe adult 18+". Basically I'm wanting to take my lad to a game but the online account is saying I need to buy an adult ticket along with his juvenile and won't let me use one of the flexi tickets. Anyone else had this issue when trying to order tickets online? I'm assuming in order to counter this issue I'd need to either go into the ticket office or phone up where staff could manually override the system?
Similar issue, yes. Tried to order a Juvenile ticket (u-14) online for friend's son on Thursday. I'm a season ticket holder so "technically" I'm the adult who'll be accompanying him, but it wouldn't let me process it through my basket/account as you describe it. Given what's happened this week I didn't want to pester the office staff to be honest, so I bought him an Under 19 ticket for a tenner.
No me neither mate, just wanted to see if anyone else had a similar issue. I'll phone the club in future and sort it out over the phone.
