My MOM, he never stopped pressing all game. Best performance from our front 2 all season for me especially considering the opposition.

Put a shift in and used his strength. Derby defenders couldn't handle him at all.

Thought Cole and Norwood were brilliant today. Derby defence couldn’t handle them. I also thought Kane was very good

Norwood my mom by a distance, although there was plenty of competition. He was outstanding.

Derby fans were saying the same. We made them look mediocre, they weren't in it, up to us gifting them their goal!

Very. Never thought Cole/Norwood partnership would have us up as high as we are. U Reds

Norwood was excellent today. He has been since the start of 2023 in my opinion.

He seems to have that extra yard of pace now, as well as playing to our system a bit more. I thought before he only really pressed when Duff was shouting at him to do so. Now he does it all game. Defenders know they’ve been in a game against him.

    Get that contract/extension sorted Khaled.

Was brilliant. Did everything but score. Deceptively quick over the first 20 yards.

Agree. The front two were excellent today. Absolutely worked their socks off. That ‘defending from the front’ was a major factor in that win.

He was excellent. He has been very good since getting to maximum (for him) fitness.

Even better he didn't get booked and so is free of suspension worries as he's still on 8 bookings and next Saturday's game is our cut off point for 10.

He seems to have gained a extra yard of pace from somewhere and long may it continue.

He was outstanding today, clearly was lacking that match sharpness early on in the season, but he’s a real handful, defenders must hate playing against him.

Was just about to reply to Fired, saying I'd love to hear what Hemsy's opinion is now. Especially considering he was mentioning how poor we were in not bringing in Scarlett instead - even though Colby Bishop (who also never was at an academy) is starting over Scarlett and performing really well.

I know that's really petty of me, but my opinion on Hemsy was that he was actually alright a lot of the time, but when it came to anything like this, it was horrible reading. Constantly baiting people. I'd love to know whether his mind has been changed.

I very much doubt it. I just don't think he's wired to change his mind on things. It's a shame he wasn't able to dial it down.
