Great that. Gives a good idea of how good the atmosphere was on Saturday. (Especially to those who weren't able to make it for whatever reason). Let's have more of the same under the lights for the Portsmouth game (goes without saying we'll get that at the away game in between).
Gutted I cant make the Portsmouth game but will be at Bristol but we wont be able to generate the same atmosphere as we are split between seating and standing and IIRC the standing area has no roof. Will give it a good go though
Not sure if this has been posted either but the Derby channel highlights package shows different moments in the game to ours. It shows how close Phillips was to picking out Norwood in the first five minutes. At the time I think the commentators said he dragged his shot wide but I think it was a decent cross and Norwood was a slide away from connecting with it. It also shows the other time Cole robbed the defender, resulting in Kane just narrowly missing out in the box at 0-0.
I watched those yesterday and it’s very “Derby”, as you’d expect, but does show some more of ours that Sky didn’t. I’ve got to say though, it’s a shot all day long from Phillips for me. I thought at the game he should’ve possibly done a bit better given his ability in front of goal. No doubts a little bit later on though, great strike from him!
