I didn't notice it at the time but what is the stadium announcer doing booming something out just as Cadden is taking the free kick. What was he saying I wonder? Good job he didn't put Nicky off but surely the man is near the pitch and should have the common sense to keep quiet until after the kick is taken.
Not a lot looked wrong with that Kane goal. He said in his post match MOTM interview the analysts had had a look and thought it was onside.
Ah of course but I still think he could have waited a few seconds until the kick was taken. Sometimes you don’t see a board go up or an announcement
What I like about Phillips ( & I should know, of course ) is that he needs very little time & space to get his shot away. & when he does, he creates it himself.. Who needs pundits? You’re welcome..

I've watched it back 3 or 4 times and still fail to see how Norwood was offside. Even though we've won 3-0, I thought the officials were poor.
Without wanting to come across all Scott, the lady on the line on the West Stand side of the ground often failed to keep up with play.
Yep that official was terrible. But then so was the other linesperson. Who got our first goal all wrong. For a second I thought the ref was going to overrule him ala the Derby game.
