Fantastic result. Showed our tenacity and ability on the second half after a very even first half.

Connell, he’s a special talent and key to our run in. More so than anyone else.

That goal was prime time Neil Redfearn.

Kane was the difference in the second half for me. Thought Connell was off it today but he’s usually brilliant.

Any of the 3 central defenders or Isted. His saves kept us in it. Think I’ll go for Bobby.

I thought Bobby Thomas was immense. That's becoming normal for the lad.

I managed to say that to him at the end of the match. He was sat a couple of seats away from me for the 2nd half.

    Mads for me. Immense.
Agree with Duff's view on the one lapse that could be picked on - that was unlucky.
The blocks, tackles & interceptions...then the goal was the cherry on top.

Difficult one, for the right reasons.

I'm going for Connell. They tried to kick the crap out of him, but he kept going

Struggling to pick one today, as others have said, for the best of reasons. Thought Williams did well and Thomas, but I'll go for Kane today.

Not everything he tried came off, more so in the first half, but he was continually trying to unlock their defence and drive us forward and I think our tempo in the second half was from Kane in particular.

Really hard to pick one out some great performances, only player i could rule out would be Cole but that goes for every game not just today.

Tough one, in a good way. Connell was player of the first half, Kane player of the second half and Thomas probably the most consistently high performer throughout. Plumped for Kane as I thought he did most to galvanise us onto the front foot and get the crowd bubbling up culminating in that steamroller performance (on and off the pitch) for the last 35-40 minutes that had the second placed team reeling.

One of the toughest picks of the season for me.

Kane, Mads, Thomas, Phillips, Connell, Isted all in with a shout.

Mads just shades it for me as all good teams are built on a solid defence, and he capped it with a goal. Bobby Thomas was probably just as good though, and his cross for the second goal was sublime.
