For many years as a young ‘un Stargazer was my favourite song ever. Still love it today, RJD - what a voice.
Only 200. I'm going to struggle. But this very old song I happened across randomly not long ago definitely makes the cut.
Not heard of them before reminds me in places of some Focus songs if you don’t listen to all 23 minutes just go to 9m 10 s for the guitar break .Jan Ackerman is a favourite of mine
This beautiful song is like a blend of prog and church hymn. It's constructed too cleverly for my little brain, it seems to change chords every couple of seconds and doesn't have a definite key. It's perfect though.
NUMBER 196 MILBURN - WHAT YOU COULD HAVE WON An ode to a teenage night out on the Smirnoff Ice. Ringing the girl you've been trying to pull then she blows you out. Great riff too. EDIT: If the forum is lagging, then if admin want me to stop posting links then no worries.
Remember part of this from 5:06 was used as closedown music in the early 70s for the pirate radio station Radio North Sea International
