Reissue of Felt's "Goldmine Trash" arrived today. Not the original sleeve, but hey ho!

Nowt like hijacking a thread with a music post IMO.

Bristol City is one job I can see him being a candidate for at some point. Local to where he lives too.

I’d love to see him take us into the Champ, and have him for just 1 season more to see how he gets on. But whether we go up or not, bigger Clubs will definitely be circling.

Looking at the flip side though, we also know that if we do go up, then get off to a bad start, it won’t be long before some fans start giving it ‘Duff out’. It even happened this season, if you can believe that.

Tommy is still probably working to resolve his contract with Twin Tone.......

Have you read the Trouble Boys book by Bob Mehr? Just finishing it now - excellent read.

I was thinking the same as his family are still in Cheltenham.

After the debacle of last season will it be seen as a blessing in disguise that we were able to reset and lose the heavy burden of Mr Conway, reconfigure the board and bring on people with the best interests of BFC. Is it perfect, no but it is much better than last year. But the jewel in the crown has been the appointment of Mr Duff ( best signing made in the close season ) I am getting the same vibe as we had under Val but this time we are footballing teams off the pitch, a pleasure to see. Me Duff has just gone about his business in a determined way along with his staff, making the players better so I will take my team been relegated from championship, selling our crown jewels, ( Carlton morris sale still stings ) bringing in players to replace them and seeing the renaissance of my club this season. In Michael Duff we trust ( a proper English manager ) COYR!

I'm not fussed. He'll leave one way or another in the next 2 years. It's the way it is.
