I went to the Sheffield - Blackburn game. Rovers were all over them at 2-1, then Tomasson channelled his inner Asbaghi, bringing on Brittain and an extra centre half. Blackburn have definitely got the 21/22 version of Brittain and not the 20/21 version. May as well have had a traffic cone there. We complain that we sell players too cheap, but a seven figure fee for Brittain was excellent business.
All deserved. Blatant handball to stop a certain equaliser. Mitrovic needs a very long ban for getting physical with the ref for making the right decision.
Don't think the people of Hull. Would like to be referred to as from Humberside Stephen. Was renamed east Yorkshire years before.
Why wasn't Anthony sent off for kicking out at the Fulham full back when the ball was out of play? I'm not condoning/ questioning the refs decisions but we need consistency. Before Mitrovich was sent off the MU players surrounded the ref intimidating him but not one card shown. Please explain
I thought penalty but no sending off was probably correct, but the rules change so often I can't be completely sure. On an unrelated point, Ryan Hedges has come on in leaps and bounds. Looked pretty limited for us.
