    Was talking to my daughter the other day and she came up with 'antidisestablishmentarianism' in a sentence and I said to her that that would be a word that wouldnt be said in Barnsley.
    I mean.. come on...

    Probably not in a sentence, but it did crop up in a spelling test. Worsbrough High, circa 1975. The English teacher was Dave Scott, a lovely bloke, despite being an Owl.

    I can't imagine the word 'susurrus' gets used much in these parts, but I rather like it.
