I bought my ticket online yesterday but it wouldn’t allow me to take the e-ticket option which I prefer. I called the box office and was told they could do nothing about that so I opted to collect it on match day. Maybe just an IT blip because I’ve downloaded my ticket to the Apple wallet many times
I've had that problem a few times , one lady sorted it when I rang box office the other posted me the tickets
Apparently they email you the notification that you have booked the seat and it says the ticket is attached. At that point I usually click on the Save to Wallet button and all is well. Yesterday, despite two attempts, she couldn't send it, blaming Ticketmaster I think. I just said ok leave one for me to collect on the day.
