Devante went straight to lino at fulltime to query his call, had head in hands , he knew he was on, you have one job to do !
He was offside, the officials said so, the goal did'nt stand, he was offside, does'nt matter how many times we review the incident, it won't change ought, onwards an upwards, C,O,Y,R,
I met him whilst he was playing for Blackburn. He asked who i supported and I said, do you know your own trivia: You've never failed to score against us for every club including Bristol you've played for. He actually knew the answer. The one he scored for Bristol at Oakwell in the early 90s was awesome. We said he would go far. Does anybody know if he comes to watch his lad? I hope so.
Little secret for you. This is a barnsley FC discussion board. One of its uses is discussing things related to Barnsley FC.
I can remember the clash of the Craigs in front of the Ponty, when he squared up to Hignett. Must’ve even the Basset season..
It was season '92 when Cole scored against us at Oakwell for Brizzle City, and they were in that awful purple and green kit!. I don't remember him playing against us for Burnsley though, aged 37 ?.
5 yards ? that is a long way , it looked tight from the west stand but 5 yards ! a trip to specsavers might be beneficial for you , lol
It really did. Must have been the angle because he looked so far off and 5 wasn't a random exaggeration it's about what I'd have guessed. Shows how different angles etc and the shirt time it takes to turn your head can make a big difference
Spot on sir, your right, i was'nt being funny, just said that we can't change ought, sorry if i upset anybody.
He had a perfectly good goal chalked off at pompey away aswell if I remember right. Where the ref blew his wistle just before the ball hit the net then pulled it back and gave a free kick instead of the advantage.
Having his best season as a pro duff must take alot of credit didn't think he would get as many as he has. When he was on loan here last time I heard people questioning his attitude in training etc but this time round looks like he has knuckled down and working hard.
