That's not news, last time I went to Cleggy about 10 years ago there were plenty of whales, mostly in the amusements
We nearly got stranded on the mud flats of cleethorpes a few years ago. Very scary as the tide started coming in around us. We’d just walked out too far but luckily managed to find a way back. Tragic that such a big animal died there and odd that so many large sea animals are being seen around these shores in the last few years.
Lack of food, due to fishing methods and warming of the seas. We'll wipe out most wildlife, which will wipe us out too, if we don't nuke ourselves first. Happy Easter from JP!
Yes I know that mankind is to blame for this (note that I didn't say personkind ) I feel a bit sorry for kids being born today because the way things are going the world may not be a habitable place for humans by the time they get to my age.
I remember going to Cleethorpes as a kid, I went on a donkey, took 26 days to get there. I'll get my coat

Most likely naval sonar & other ocean noise pollution that has interfered with its navigation & caused it to beach. It’s not uncommon, despite what the government might say. Technically, it now belongs to the crown. They are taken somewhere in the midlands to be cut up & examined. Though that tradition dates back to the time when they had commodity value.. Magnificent creatures..
