    Goes to Liam Kitching!!!

He’s definitely the most improved player this season, gives 120% every game and dosent shy away from nothing…….what has really impressed me today and previous games is how he’s controlled his agression, he’s a lad who has a short fuse and isn’t scared of getting stuck in but today was a game where he could’ve easily skittled a few of there’s and got himself and red but his composure has come on massively, what the management have done with some of the squad this season is brilliant!!!!

I like how he gives opposition forwards and midfielders something to think about when he's on the ball. Not afraid to go on a 30 yard run and leave a few in the dust, which helps pull more of theirs out of position. He's crucial for our game.

He also gives the opposition players jitters in 50/50’s when there doing cartwheels :D:D:D

Yes, he's come on in leaps and bounds this season. Just the sort of appliance we need.

This absolutely. he drives us forwards like our midfielders should be doing. His enthusiasm for the game is infectious and a great example of the kind of commitment the youngsters need to see.

He has tempered his er, temper, excellently. He’s a very good player for us.

Wasn’t my motm today mind, far too many misplaced passes and for me should have picked the man up for the goal as he came behind Andersen on Mads’ blind side so had to be Kitching’s man.

Yep, me and the boy are both firmly Kitching fans now. He used to be a liability, one rush of blood to the head away from lamping someone. But now he’s wisely leaving the lamping to his brother and his mate, and his game has improved no end. He looks like he’s enjoying himself and, as others have said, you cannot fault his commitment at all. The boy loves that he’s a centre back who will suddenly appear in the opposition penalty box, although Andersen did that today too. Complete football comes to Barnsley!

That shot for the second goal had some weight behind it!
