Noted work and love life linked. So (and only guessing) if your love life is affecting your ability to face that person on the shop floor so to speak. Feeling uncomfortable. Then take some time off. If you can afford it. Hopefully the doctor would see it's making you depressed and act accordingly. Eg sick note.
I might be on the totally wrong track. But have seen that situation occur in the workplace b4.

Thanks everyone for replying. I live in Barnsley now not Boston but at the time I made the account I was in Lincs just to clear up.

I am feeling a bit better, having a few days in Bridlington, not much going on here though :D

Whenever I get back home I will see my GP because I need it, really need it. Will re-read when I'm back at hotel and reply and such but thought I would reply now to let you know I'm safe and stuff.

Thanks a lot for confirming that you're safe. If you're in Brid for a few days then definitely get yourself to the bird sanctuary at Bempton, it's absolutely fantastic. I'm guessing that the puffins should already be making their way there.

Well done for ditching Boston as well, surely another very positive step in your recovery! ;)

It just shows you never know what someone is going through or has gone through, and yes we have all been through something. But I found your post a very brave and humbling one mate. As humans we can come through so much, but we are also fragile beings and need one another. I hope you get back to Oakwell soon and find the strength in your body again, take care and one day at a time.

Thanks for posting, very pleased to hear you’re safe and taking some time out for yourself. Make sure you do visit your GP when you get back and don’t talk yourself out of it for whatever reason. Enjoy the seaside!
